We currently have customers in (and ship to) the following countries. If your country is not listed, contact us and we'll work on adding it to our shipping options.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us quickly, we'll do our best. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. If it has already shipped and you want to return it, leave it in the packaging and send it back for a full or partial refund per our refund policy.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update it.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Use the "View your order" link in your shipping confirmation email.
My tracking shows no updates
If you received a tracking number, your order has shipped. Some carriers update scans in batches, so early updates can be limited.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it
Check around your delivery location and with neighbors first. Then email us and we'll help.
My order arrived damaged
Email photos of the box and the product and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, email support@artifactbrand.com with your order number. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Something is wrong with my product. Can I exchange it?
Absolutely. Drop us a line. Our products are held to a high standard, so if there's something wrong we want to know about it and we promise to make it right.
Warranty
1-year limited warranty
All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a claim, email support@artifactbrand.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
